We then conduct the Strategic Diagnostic and focused Implementation to quickly stabilise your critical processes, control the issues, and realise initial, measurable gains on value.
Phase 2 (Step 4): Systemic Transformation. This focused engagement embeds all proven changes across your organisation through controlled, sustainable sprints. This approach ensures your entire team is on the journey, driving a permanent shift in culture and performance.

This complimentary session is where we listen. We assess the severity of your quality 'symptoms' (costs, delays, rework) and their impact on your business health. We then recommend the precise scope and duration of the Focused Diagnostic required for accurate understanding.

2. Strategic Diagnostic
Focused Diagnosis & Action Blueprint
This is a fixed-scope investment. We commit typically to 1-2 days on-site for a rapid assessment and investigation (Gemba), followed by one full day of dedicated off-site analysis. We diagnose the causes of your symptoms and define immediate, critical containment actions to halt the financial bleeding.
Deliverable: Comprehensive Quality Value Report & Prioritised Action Plan.
Breakout: Client has a diagnosis and containment strategy, deciding whether to self-implement or engage for Implementation (Stage 3).
3. Implementation & Accelerated Impact
Containment & Stabilisation
Delivered through fortnightly agile sprints this phase involves short-term, high-impact engagement (e.g., 2-3 months). We implement the immediate containment actions defined in the diagnostic. This rapid action prevents symptoms while we simultaneously investigate root causes and implement the initial systemic changes to stabilise your business health. We aim for initial, measurable cost savings here.
Deliverable: Proven Success Case & Quantified Initial Savings Report
Breakout: Client has a stable system and proven ROI, deciding whether to move to Systemic Transformation (Stage 4) or pause/exit.
4. Systemic Transformation
Systemic Transformation & Cultural Sustainability
Continuing the fortnightly sprints this is the full, long-term commitment (e.g., 6 months). We transition from stabilising the system to achieving Cultural Sustainability. We embed all proven changes, systems, and learnings enterprise-wide through dedicated support and coaching. The goal is to fundamentally cure the chronic issues, ensuring your Full-Lifecycle Performance culture is self-sustaining and the business is resilient against future setbacks.
Deliverable: Fully Embedded Quality Culture & Sustained Performance Metrics.
Breakout: Client has achieved full health and decides whether to transition to ongoing maintenance (Stage 5) or manage internally.

This phase is like having a specialist on retainer—a fractional director-level partnership. We conduct regular 'health checks' to ensure compliance is maintained, sustained gains are locked in, and proactively identify future growth opportunities, ensuring continuous advancement.
